Resumen
La Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea de 6 de junio de 2023 —Prestige & Limousine— ha supuesto un auténtico terremoto jurídico en el sector del transporte discrecional de viajeros en vehículos de turismo, modificando de raíz la doctrina jurisprudencial existente hasta entonces en nuestro país. En este trabajo se exponen las líneas fundamentales de este pronunciamiento, analizando sus consecuencias para la normativa reguladora de taxis y vehículos de turismo con conductor, incluido el reciente Real Decreto Ley 5/2023, de 28 de junio, que ha tratado de conciliar la regulación de los servicios de taxi con la citada sentencia.

Abstract
The judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of June 6, 2023 —Prestige & Limousine— has caused a legal earthquake in the sector of discretionary passenger transport in touring cars, fundamentally modifying the jurisprudential doctrine existing until then in Spain. In this paper the fundamental lines of this pronouncement are exposed, analyzing its consequences for the regulatory regulations of taxis and private-hire vehicles services, including the recent spanish Royal Decree-Law 5/2023, of June 28, which has tried to reconcile the regulation of taxi services whit the aforementioned judgement.
