Resumen
Los avances en la regulación del desarrollo, implementación y uso de la inteligencia artificial requieren de la inclusión explícita de medidas que, por un lado, eviten y prevengan que se perpetúe la discriminación de las mujeres y, por otro, que fomenten la igualdad real y efectiva contribuyendo a un mejor desarrollo de los derechos humanos. Para ello, efectuamos un análisis sintético sobre el estado de las más recientes iniciativas reguladoras, con un especial detenimiento en la propuesta de reglamento europeo en materia de inteligencia artificial, desde una perspectiva de la igualdad de mujeres y hombres. A pesar del avance para la igualdad que se ha concretado en algunas de las normas comentadas, formulamos una serie de recomendaciones que sin duda contribuirían significativamente a eliminar los sesgos de género de la inteligencia artificial y a alcanzar la igualdad real y efectiva.

Abstract
Advances in the regulation of the development, implementation and use of Artificial Intelligence require the explicit inclusion of measures that, on the one hand, avoid and prevent the perpetuation of discrimination against women; and on the other, that they promote real and effective equality, contributing to a better development of human rights. To do this, we carry out a synthetic analysis of the state of the most recent regulatory initiatives, with special attention to the proposal for a European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence, from a perspective of equality between women and men. Despite the progress towards equality that has been reflected in some of the aforementioned standards, we formulate a series of recommendations that would undoubtedly contribute significantly to eliminating gender biases in Artificial Intelligence and achieving real and effective equality.
