Resumen
La Reforma Constitucional de 2005 obligó a adecuar a ella la LOC del Tribunal Constitucional (TC). Este artículo sintetiza la estructura de la LOC reformada y analiza, con sentido crítico, la sentencia de inconstitucionalidad de las leyes, principal innovación de la Reforma Constitucional al TC chileno.

Abstract
The 2005 constitutional reform made it necessary to amend the LOC of the Constitutional Court (CC). This article summarises the structure of the reformed LOC and gives a critical analysis of the ruling on the unconstitutionality of laws, the main innovation of the constitutional reform on Chile’s Constitutional Court.
