Resumen
El artículo analiza el desarrollo de la jurisdicción constitucional chilena en el contexto de cambio constitucional en Chile. Con el objetivo de identificar los aprendizajes obtenidos de una década de deliberación constitucional, que ha dado lugar a tres procesos constituyentes y sus respectivos proyectos de nueva Constitución, se describe la evolución que ha tenido el Tribunal Constitucional chileno desde su incorporación en 1970 y durante la vigencia de la Constitución de 1980. Se evidenciará que el debate sobre una nueva Constitución se desarrollará en paralelo a la discusión sobre la crisis de legitimidad del Tribunal Constitucional chileno, identificando los problemas más relevantes a este respecto. Finalmente, se analiza cómo han sido abordados cada uno de estos en la organización y atribuciones de los tribunales constitucionales que contemplaron los proyectos de nueva Constitución de 2018, 2022 y 2023.

Abstract
The article analyzes the development of Chilean judicial review in the context of constitutional change in Chile. In order to identify the lessons learned after a decade of constitutional deliberation, three constituent processes, and their respective new constitution projects, I describe the evolution of the Chilean Constitutional Court since 1970 and during the ruling of the 1980s Constitution. The analysis will demonstrate that the debate on the new Constitution will progress in parallel with the discussion about the legitimacy crisis of the Chilean Constitutional Court, identifying the most relevant problems in this regard. Finally, the paragraph examines how these problems have been addressed in the design of judicial review and constitutional courts as outlined in the projects of the New Constitution of 2018, 2022, and 2023.
