En noviembre de 2007 tuvieron lugar en Murcia las «Jornadas sobre la Ordenación Jurídica del Trasvase Tajo-Segura", en las que se examinó el régimen jurídico específico del Trasvase, con especial referencia al título legal de aprovechamiento, tanto en su situación actual como en la perspectiva de futuro.

Abstract
In November 2007, a seminar was held in Murcia on the legal regulations on the water-delivery scheme between the Tagus and Segura rivers. It examined the specific legal framework for the water diversion channel, with special reference to the legal ownership of the water diverted, both under the current situation and according to future forecasts.
