El texto da noticia de la celebración de un nuevo Congreso de la Asociación Española de Profesores de Derecho Administrativo en San Fernando (Cádiz), los días 5 y 6 de febrero de 2010, describiendo las materias que se trataron, el contenido de las distintas intervenciones y las actividades complementarias que se realizaron. El autor destaca de todo ello dos circunstancias: la relación del Congreso con la elaboración de la Constitución española de 1812, subrayada por la elección del lugar, la fecha y los contenidos de la reunión académica, y, en segundo

Abstract
This text summarizes the celebration of a new edition of the annual Congress of the
Spanish Association of Administrative Law Professors, which took place in San Fernando (Cádiz), during the 5th and 6th of February 2010, and describes the matters that were discussed, the content of the various interventions, and the follow-up activities that were performed. The author specially emphasizes two circumstances: firstly, the relationship between the Congress and the drafting of the Spanish Constitution of 1812, highlighted by the choice of the place, date and the contents of the academic meeting and, secondly, the tribute made to a generation of administrative law professors identified by their common relation with the magazine that publishes this chronicle.
