Resumen
Esta crónica tiene por objeto relatar los aspectos destacados del Seminario-Homenaje a Klaus Stern, que tuvo lugar en Málaga, el pasado 27 de octubre de 2023, primer homenaje rendido a su figura tras su fallecimiento. En él, además de resaltar su indudable y significativa contribución intelectual al ámbito jurídico, así como su obra, destacada en el ámbito del derecho público alemán y europeo, se debatieron algunos de los principales problemas en torno a la unión monetaria, unión fiscal y unión de derecho. Todo ello, organizado por los profesores Jiménez-Blanco Carrillo de Albornoz y Ruiz Ojeda.

Abstract
This chronicle aims to narrate the highlights of the Seminar in Tribute to Klaus Stern, which took place in Malaga on October 27, 2023. It marked the first tribute to his figure following his passing. The seminar not only emphasized his undeniable and significant intellectual contribution to the legal field but also highlighted his work, notable in the realm of German and European public law. Discussions revolved around key issues related to the monetary union, fiscal union, and rule of law. The event was organized by Professors Jiménez-Blanco Carrillo de Albornoz and Ruiz Ojeda.
