Resumen
Esta crónica pretende impulsar el estudio en clave comparada del derecho administrativo argentino, un sistema que —según como se mire— resulta tan lejano como cercano al panorama iuspublicista español. Para ello se presentan primero las notas conceptuales más tradicionales de la disciplina, tal y como han sido entendidas por la academia argentina, para después reflexionar sobre la atención que allí ha empezado a prestarse a las fuerzas de tensión y transformación a que está sometida. Se verá cómo en Argentina está en cuestión, ya desde hace tiempo y de forma superpuesta, la identidad pública e interna del derecho administrativo, de una forma que puede resultar interesante para quienes se interrogan por el futuro del sistema español.

Abstract
This chronicle aims to promote the comparative study of Argentine administrative law, a system that - depending on perspective - is as distant as it is close to the Spanish public legal landscape. To achieve this target, the most traditional conceptual notes of the discipline as it has been understood by the Argentinean academy are first presented, to afterwards reflect on the attention that has begun to be paid there to the forces of tension and transformation to which it is subjected. It will be seen how the public and internal identity of administrative law has been questioned in Argentina for some time now and in an overlapping manner, in a way that may be of interest to those questioning the future of the Spanish system.
