Resumen
La aprobación del Tratado de Lisboa ha sido vista por algunos como el comienzo de una nueva etapa en lo que al desarrollo del entramado europeo se refiere. Sin embargo, en lo que a la tutela penal de los bienes jurídicos de titularidad puramente europea se trata, así como de otros bienes jurídicos de gran relevancia para la propia Unión, no se ha producido el avance esperado. Quizás la herencia recibida del Tratado por el que se establecía una Constitución para Europa haya en cierta medida condicionado el decepcionante resultado final alcanzado.

Abstract
The approval of the Treaty of Lisbon has been considered by many as the beginning of a new stage, referring to the development of the European framework. However, regarding to the purely European, criminal tutelage of the juridical goods of ownership, as well as to other juridical goods, very important for the Union itself, the desired advance has not been produced. Maybe, the heritage received from the treaty by means of which a Constitution for Europe was established has in someway conditioned the desesperated final result which has been reached.
