Resumen
Esta crónica analiza los principales acontecimientos políticos y legislativos del 2010. La tesis principal es que en este año se hace evidente un cambio en la programa del Gobierno Rodríguez Zapatero, centrado ahora en el desarrollo de la estrategia de economía sostenible. No obstante, aún se perciben elementos destacados de una línea anterior en la que se intentó ampliar los derechos ciudadanos, donde destaca el reconocimiento del derecho a la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo o una nueva ley de comunicación audiovisual. Finalmente, se atiende a la renovación del Tribunal Constitucional y el estado de alarma que reflejan ciertos déficit institucionales.

Abstract
This chronicle goes through the main political and legislative events of the 2010. The central thesis is that in this year the Government undertook a deep change in its political program, moving now to the development of the so called sustainable economic strategy. However, last year offered as well examples of the old trend, like, for example, the recognition of the right to abort or a new audiovisual legislation. Finally, the paper takes a look to the nomination of the new Constitutional Court members and to the alert circumstances produced by an illegal strike.
