Resumen
Se estudia la citada sentencia, que, en relación con la política del BCE de compra de deuda pública de los Estados miembros, ha emitido un veredicto desfavorable, desautorizando lo que había resuelto el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea el 11 de diciembre de 2018, caso Heinrich Weiss y otros.

La sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional Federal ha despertado una importante polémica, en la que se ha puesto de relieve que las visiones alemanas sobre la unión monetaria no solo son diferentes a las del resto del continente, sino que incluso ponen en cuestión los fundamentos mismos de la integración, como el principio de primacía del ordenamiento europeo.

Abstract
The aforementioned Judgment is being studied, which, in relation to the ECB’s policy of buying public debt from the Member States, has issued an unfavorable verdict, disavowing what it had decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union on December 11, 2018, Heinrich Weiss and others case.

The Judgment of the Federal Constitutional Court has sparked an important controversy, in which the position of relief has been put the German views on the monetary Union are not only different from those of the rest of the continent, but also challenge the very foundations of integration, such as the principle of primacy of the European legal order.
