Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta investigación ha sido el análisis de la influencia orteguiana en el pensamiento de Luis Díez del Corral. Para ello se ha utilizado una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa de la obra publicada de Díez del Corral no directamente consagrada a su maestro Ortega, así como documentos de archivo y correspondencia entre los autores. La acogida del maestro es fruto de un magisterio vital. Por eso no se circunscribe a la mera cita formal, académica. El análisis refleja unos modos de presencia múltiples. Desde un punto de vista cuantitativo, la obra que más citada es La rebelión de las masas. Y la obra con mayor número de referencias a Ortega es El rapto de Europa. La investigación afina una serie de ideas orteguianas que conforman el pensamiento de Luis Diez del Corral: la utilización de dos tipos de ideas, ideas-creencias e ideas ocurrencias; la idea de Europa y el papel del feudalismo; el mito como modo de ver la realidad, y la concepción de la historia, el arte o la técnica.

Abstract
This article analyzes the influence of the thinker José Ortega y Gasset in the work and in the thought of his disciple Luis Díez del Corral. The main objective has been to analyze, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the orteguian influence on the thought of Díez del Corral. For this, a systematic methodology of documentary analysis of the published work of Díez del Corral has been used, not directly consecrated to his teacher Ortega. As well as archival documents and correspondence between the authors. The teacher's welcome is clear and very rich, the fruit of a vital teaching. That is why it is not limited to mere formal, academic citation. The analysis reflects multiple modes of presence. From a quantitative point of view, the most cited work is The revolt of the masses. And the work with the highest number of references of Ortega is The rape of Europe. The research discovers a series of Ortega´s ideas that make up the thought of Luis Diez del Corral, such as: the existence of idea-beliefs and idea-occurrences; the idea of Europe and the role of feudalism; the myth as a way of seeing reality; the conception of history, art or technique.
